Why does Astana Hub need a dedicated business plan?
This route has specific questions for an IT project. Product, technology, team, market logic and calculations must be consistent. We prepare purpose-specific materials rather than renaming a generic bank document.
What is needed to start work?
A brief product description, company and team information, available technical materials, and sales and cost plans. We identify missing data and agree how to clarify it.
Can an existing business plan be refined?
Yes. We first assess the document and source data, then agree the required changes. Starting from scratch is not always necessary.
Do you submit the application on the client's behalf?
Support scope is agreed separately. We prepare content and calculations; portal actions are performed by the applicant or an authorised representative. We do not request passwords or digital signatures.
What are the fee and timeline?
After a short brief and material review we define scope, fee and schedule. KIR Consulting's preparation fee is not an Astana Hub fee.
Does document preparation guarantee participation or benefits?
No. Decisions follow Astana Hub's established procedure. Business plan preparation does not guarantee registration, tax benefits or investment. KIR Consulting is an independent adviser, not an Astana Hub representative.
